Philosophy

I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, and I understand that fitness is individual. Every person on Earth deserves the power to love being in their body, the tools to feel strong, and the awareness to discover what they are capable of. My approach to personal training is based on promoting sustainable habits that are tailored to you as a whole; because  caring for every aspect of yourself is essential for living a balanced life; mind, body and spirit. I want to help remove any obstacle that may be standing in the way of choosing yourself and achieving your goals. My mission is to serve as a guide to help you push past any limitations by working with you, offering guidance and uplifting mentorship, to awaken the Coach inside of you; so you can be ready to live the life you create with strength and resiliency.

Where to Start

We will begin with a virtual consultation/conversation; this is an important opportunity to get to know you, to listen to your goals as well as your health and fitness history. From there, we’ll discuss personal training options that could best suit you, your goals and how you live. Maybe you have some fitness experience but are seeking motivation, guidance and mentorship from me; or you are beginning your fitness journey and would benefit from more guidance, education and support. I work with you to create programs that suit any exercise environment – whether that is at home with limited equipment, or if you take your programs with you to a gym. Whichever path you take, you will always have regular and direct communication with me for guidance and support. My services are accessible to everyone and there are no limitations on location.
